Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Pink Clover Flowers. We strive to provide the highest quality products and services. However, if you require a refund or exchange, please review the following policies carefully:

 Returns and Exchanges 

  • Due to the delicate and perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered. The appearance of flowers can change rapidly, and we cannot ensure proper storage after delivery.
  • We will only process returns or exchanges if you receive an order that is completely incorrect in terms of the type of flowers or the arrangement size. Minor variations, such as missing or substituted flowers, different packaging, or vases, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 Refund Policy  

  • No refunds are provided for personal preference issues, such as disliking the arrangement or changing your mind after delivery. Given the perishable nature of flowers and the effort involved in preparation and delivery, please make your selections thoughtfully. 
  • Once flowers have been purchased for your order, we cannot offer a refund. However, we can arrange a change in the delivery date or provide store credit for future purchases. This policy ensures the freshness and quality of our flower arrangements.

 Order Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your order only by speaking directly with one of our managers via phone during business hours. Orders will not be considered canceled or rescheduled without verbal or written confirmation from a manager.
  • If you would like to cancel your order, a refund is possible only within 24 hours of placing your order, with a $30 service charge to cover processing costs. After 24 hours, refunds are not available.

Responsibility Post-Delivery

  • Pink Clover is not responsible for the condition of flowers after delivery. For pick-up orders, please verify accuracy before leaving our store. We are not responsible for the order once it is picked up
  • It is your responsibility to provide the correct address and delivery date. Incorrect information will not qualify for a return or refund. Adding the wrong address will incur an additional $30 charge for a second delivery attempt.

Delivery Policy

  • To ensure seamless delivery, please provide the recipient with accurate contact information. If our driver arrives at the designated location and receives no response within 15 minutes, the flowers will be left at the door or in a secure location.
  • Please note that once flowers have left our store, returns, remakes, or redirection to another location are not feasible. Any additional expenses due to delivery challenges are the customer's responsibility.
  • If you require a specific delivery time, please notify us the day before. We deliver between 12 AM and 8 PM, and an additional charge of $30 may apply for early or late delivery requests.

Substitutions

  • During certain seasons, flower substitutions may be necessary due to availability. Rest assured, any substitutions made will be of equal or greater value, maintaining the beauty and elegance of your arrangement. Our florists always prioritize the freshest flowers, considering both seasonal availability and aesthetic appeal.
