We hope you are satisfied with our products and services. However, if you need a refund or exchange, please note the following:
- Due to the delicate nature of flowers, returns or exchanges are not possible as their appearance may change within a short time. And we can't be sure that the flowers were stored properly after they were delivered
- We will only process returns or exchanges if you receive a completely incorrect order in terms of flowers or size. Minor variations, such as missing or substituted flowers, different packaging, or vases, are not eligible.
- Please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or text (+1 424 303 2205) within 24 hours, if you are not satisfied with your order.
- If you require a specific delivery time, please call us the day before. We deliver flowers between 11AM and 8PM, so an additional charge of $30 for early or late delivery may apply.
- If you want the delivery person to call you upon arrival, please mention it in your order. If nobody is responding and no one is opening the door, flowers will be left by the door or near the house in any safe place and we will notify customer by contact method provided.
- You can cancel or reschedule your order only with one of our managers via the phone call and during our working hours. Your order will not be considered as canceled or rescheduled without verbal or/and written confirmation from one of our managers. We will not process returns or refunds in case if your request didn't meet at least one of mentioned conditions.
Pink Clover is not responsible for the flowers after delivery
- For pick-up orders, please verify the accuracy before leaving our premises. We are not responsible for the order once it is picked up.
- It is your responsibility to provide the correct address and delivery date. Incorrect information will not qualify for a return or refund.
- If we don't receive a response regarding the delivery date, we will proceed with delivery the next day (for paid orders) or hold the order for pick-up for two days.
Adding the wrong address will incur an additional $30 charge for a second delivery attempt.
Please be aware that during certain seasons, flower substitutions may be necessary due to availability. However, we want to assure you that any substitutions made will be of equal or greater value, ensuring that your arrangement maintains its beauty and elegance. Rest assured, our dedicated florists always prioritize the use of the freshest flowers, taking into consideration both seasonal availability and aesthetic appeal.
To ensure the seamless delivery of your flower arrangements, we kindly remind you of your responsibility to furnish accurate contact information for the recipient. In the event that our driver arrives at the designated location and encounters no response within 15 minutes, the flowers will be tactfully placed at the door or in a secure location such as a postal room or lobby. We request thorough provision of precise delivery and recipient details. Once the flowers have left our store, please be advised that returns, remakes, or redirection to another location are not feasible. Any additional expenses incurred due to delivery challenges are the responsibility of the customer.
